Physical Education activities

Being physically healthy is a fantastic way to help support your mental well-being.  We work with some fantastic sports coaches to help support our children's physical education.  
 
Mr Tremaine has created these activities for children to stay physically healthy at home.  Completing 30 minutes of physical activity outside of the school day is a great thing to do.  This could be a walk, jog, a Joe Wicks HIIT video or one of these activities...
