Mindfulness is a great way of forgetting about your future worries, past concerns and allows you to focus on the 'now'.  
We practice mindfulness at school to allow our children to relax, generate positive and happy thoughts and as a way of promoting our positive well-being.
Here you can find some activities to help practice mindfulness at home.
A great first step to mindfulness is getting changed into some comfy clothes, finding a comfy sitting position, listening to some calm music and with pencils and paper, just draw.  Draw what the music tells you to draw.  10minutes of this alone can change your outlook on things and give you a positive mindset.
